Alltech Industrial Abseilers are a locally based rope access company delivering a wide array of trades and services throughout SEQ and beyond

The company is seeking highly experienced and motivated experts who thrive on developing and leading teams to achieve successful outcomes on projects. 

This is a role that requires the ability to motivate and lead others by example.

Eligible candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Minimum level 2 ARAA or IRATA Drivers licence Cert III painting and decorating or equivalent (painter role only) 6 years of carrying out their trade on ropes A high level of experience carrying out pressure cleaning operations Testing and certification of anchor points A high focus on safety and ability to manage onsite safety management systems 2 years in similar leadership role as onsite supervisor or foreman Experience in dealing with customers and ensuring their expectations are met Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks to meet project budgets Punctual and reliable Excellent communication and presentation

Role and Responsibilities:

Understanding the project scope and ensuring the staff have all tools and knowledge to successfully carry out the job Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the hours budgeted for projects Effectively breakdown large projects into smaller achievable milestones, then delegate and hold staff accountable to meeting them. Ensure staff understand the SWMS and carry out risk assessments and tool box talks when necessary Monitor staff performance and ensure hours are logged correctly Lead by example by performing your own tools role to the best of your ability.

What we are offering:

Full time salary with 4 weeks annual leave and public holidays Mobile phone, laptop and petrol card $80,000.00 per year without vehicle $75,000.00 per year with vehicle included
