About the Role

Based in Perth, Conveyor Products and Solutions (CPS) is looking to appoint an Asset Management Technician who can provide technical support and undertake detailed conveyor system audits across our client’s sites.

About You

Applicants are required to demonstrate mechanical attributes and experience around completing fixed plant or mobile mining equipment inspections and audits. Suitable to an experienced maintenance tradesperson (fitter or boilermaker) looking to progress into asset management Previous planning, project management or supervision skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders with total commitment to safety, quality and teamwork, Excellent data analysis and problem-solving report writing skills

Key Tasks

Project manage and undertake activities pertaining to conveyor system asset health audits and inspections on customer sites. Interpret and analyse audit data to produce reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders


Working within a busy, fast-paced environment, you must be able to manage your own time and priorities effectively. Possessing exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels within the business, you will be an enthusiastic self-starter with relevant experience in the resources, mining or engineering industries would be preferable. Working under time and cost pressures, problem solving difficult and dynamic situations, making logical solutions. Be flexible to undertake site visits to national sites as required
