Role: Mobile Maintenance Supervisor - Trucks

Site: Christmas Creek

Roster: 2/1

Reporting to the Superintendent, this position offers a key leadership role for Fortescue’s Christmas Creek Mobile Maintenance team, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of trades-based personnel to safely deliver world class availability and reliability. To willingly and consistently promote excellence through application of values and visual leadership.

Key accountabilities will include:

Maintain Truck fleet availability above KPI targets. Review and carry out weekly plan of service and backlog repairs. Maintain HV workshop to 5S standards. Ensure break down repairs are carried out safely and within timely manner. Ensure parts return process is followed.

Qualifications and skills required:

Extensive large fleet mobile maintenance supervisory experience on a mine site working with CAT 793F and Komatsu 930E Dump Trucks. A proven ability to coach, mentor and team training. Experience in Planning and scheduling (Preferable). Proficient user of Microsoft Office and SAP. Knowledge of Mines Regulations and Act and Occupational, Health and Safety legislation and other relevant legislation and regulations. HR / IR exposure & understanding; including career path. Ability to undertake quality risk assessments.
