We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for Various roles for our Henderson Workshop.


What we offer:

Permanent, Full Time opportunity within a growing company. $50,000 - $80,000 Salary dependant on Experience Penalty rates after 8 hours and on Saturdays. A great team culture and working environment.


Skills and Experience Required



Fitting of pipes ranging in size from 0.5” to 6”. Pipes are fitted in marine vessels both commercial & naval. The works is generally replacement of defective pipework with new which requires measurement of existing pipe & new pipe to be made to fit the same measurements. Fitting of pipes for light wall CUNI, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel materials. Work in confined spaces. Must have a relevant trade certificate. Ability to conduct own hydro testing utilising standard bucket pumps. Previous experience in marine or industrial piping systems is desirable. A very good understanding of permit to works systems & compliance to client’s system is a must. Must have your own car & have a valid driver’s license. Working at heights (desirable), confined space (essential) and fire sentry training (essential).


Competency in all aspects of welding exotic materials including Stainless Steel and Copper-Nickel. Must be proficient in all positions with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and GTAW. White Card Ability to read weld procedures and weld symbols on drawings. Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. Excellent attitude towards Health and Safety. Be adaptable to a changing environment. Appropriate trade qualifications. Working at heights (desirable), confined space (essential)


Metal Fabricator

Read and interpret drawings to ensure client specifications are met. Mark out, cut and assemble steel as per drawings, task packs and oral instructions. Perform welding in accordance with approved weld procedures, codes and standards. Perform welding duties using GTAW, MMAW, FCAW and GMAW processes. Weld and assemble components in accordance with work instructions, drawings and oral instructions. Trade Certificate and qualification. Relevant industry experience in a similar role. Experience in structural steels, carbon and mild steels, plate and piping. Working at heights (desirable), confined space (essential)
