TRG Transport Solutions is one of Australia's leading transport companies, driven by innovation, timeliness and outstanding customer service. The company has continued to grow since its initial inception in 1994 and today are one of South Australia's largest wharf carriers.

TRG Transport Solutions has experienced significant growth over recent years, with the TRG vehicle fleet doubling in that time, and as a part of that growth require the services of customer service specialist with a focus on shipping and logistics operations.

What would you be doing?  As a Customer Service Specialist – Shipping and logistics, you would be responsible for :

The facilitation and management of all customer orders and jobs received The management of a high volume of customer enquiries Prompt and clear communication by telephone and email Building strong relationships with TRG Customers and stakeholders Meticulous follow up of job and project specs Documentation and record keeping Investigation and follow through of customer project issues Acceptance and defining job specifics Reviewing and maintaining customer account needs Liaise with Operations to ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely fashion Prioritising to deadlines within a complex and highly detailed environment

What will your background entail?  Success can be obtained in this role if you have:

High level PC skills Excellent communication skills High level Relationship building skills a well rounded understanding of business needs negotiation skills – the ability to engage and communicate effectively champion continuous improvement and innovative solutions the ability to multi-task and effectively communicate and manage critical issues    Experience in shipping or transport and logistics A genuine care factor for the needs of the customer

As a customer service guru you will be a forward thinking multi-tasker who thrives under the pressure of constant deadlines and who understands that the customers' requirements will vary daily and every job or project will need your complete attention to detail.  You will be a keen investigator, and love the challenges that will arise every day.
