Our Maules Creek operation is seeking motivated, highly skilled Large Excavator operators with Dozer skills to support the excavator operations. We are looking for people with the drive and motivation to play a significant part in the future of the company.

 To be successful you must be able to operate 350 – 800 tonne excavators at their full capacity along with the associated support dozers.  You must be prepared to back yourself. If you can meet the following criteria you can earn circa $155k pa, working on 12.5hr shifts. 

Criteria: Achieve dig rates of over 2500 bcm/hr on our 800 tonne excavators Work with the Team to obtain Dig hours of 11 hours per shift Load 315 tonne trucks to capacity Excellent attendance Enthusiastic and eager to work Pride in the care of your machine Pride in your work area Respect for fellow workers on next shift
