About the Role

WorkPac has a number of opportunities across all sites and rosters for skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Fitters who will contribute to the successful operations of the various mine sites.  Initial engagement with WorkPac is on a casual basis, with a view to a full time role with WorkPac after 3 months.


Skills / Experience working on the following equipment:

730E, 830E, 930E Komatsu Dump Trucks 793 Cat Dump Trucks Cat 992, 994 Loaders Komatsu WA900, WA1200 Loaders Cat 16, 24 Graders Cat D10, D11 Dozers Hitachi 3600, 5500 Diggers Komatsu PC3000, PC4000 Diggers Letaurneau 2350's General maintenance Breakdown and fault diagnostic experience Field Service & Workshop


Essential Criteria:

Mechanical Trade qualification or Heavy Duty Diesel Trade qualification 3+ years working in a similar mining role or post trade WA C Class Driver’s License, HR Driver’s License will be an advantage Nationally Accredited Working at Heights certificate and Confined Space High Risk work license including EWP Exposure to the mining industry Right to Work in Australia – Either a Passport of Birth Certificate 2 contactable work references Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical
