About the role
We are looking for an Evaluator Asset Health to join our 24/7 Asset Health team based at the OC. This role supports our sites with the remote monitoring and diagnosis of faults to improve equipment reliability.
This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual. Working a 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off roster and reporting to the Asset Health Supervisor, you will be:Remotely monitoring the health of mining equipment using MineCare Providing expert advice from both your experience working on the machines or with the aid of electronic manuals to assist sites remotely Analysis of mobile equipment Oils samples and subsequent creation of recommendation(s) to sites and notification Responding to various site requests from the OC to real time, troubleshoot or fault find equipment to assist in increasing machine performance Monitoring equipment failure modes over time and identifying focus areas for HME continuous improvement initiatives
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:Heavy machinery trade background in either Mechanical or Electrical fields Significant demonstrated experience in mining maintenance (either OEM, site based or some combination Knowledge of SAP and Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Equipment/system types - Komatsu (730E, 830EAC/DC, WA1200), Caterpillar (785, 789, 793, 992, 994), Hitachi (EX3600, EX 5500), Terex (MT4000, MT4400, RH170 RH 200 RH340), Cummins Powerplant, GE Electrical Drive systems Sound communication and computer skills
It will also be beneficial if you have:OEM training on major equipment types / experience working for these companies Modular Mining MineCare training Oil Analysis experience/training (LCAT I or LCAT II)
